Helpful Information

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

Processing time:

It will take approximately 3-5 days to process your order (this does not include shipping times). Orders are usually fulfilled once a week. You will receive an email with a tracking number after it's been processed and dispatched.

Estimated shipping times:

Canada: Fully tracked 2 - 8 business days

United States: Fully tracked 2 - 10 business days

International: Tracked 20 - 75 business days

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, I currently ship within Canada, The United States as well as Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Russia, United Kingdom, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland and several other countries.

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

I can't guarantee that I will be able to make changes, but please contact me at hiashleymonique@gmail.com and I'll do my best to help you. The earlier you send an email, the more likely I will be able to make adjustments.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES 

Your local customs office may charge a customs/import fee. Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. Please be aware of any fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order.

ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR COMMISSIONS?

Yes ! I offer commission services for clients such as custom paintings, digital drawings, EP covers, artwork on clothing, and more. Prices on commissions vary depending on the type of artwork that is being requested, sizing, supplies, and the amount of time needed to complete the commission. Once the client has made a request for a commission, I will be able to give a quote on the price and an estimated time frame of the commission to be completed. Once payment is received, the commission process begins.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

ALL art purchases from the hi Ashley Monique Arts shop are final sale, that includes art prints, stickers, original paintings, commissions, accessories and merchandise. However, under these exceptions I will do my best to accomodate a refund or exchange of equal/lesser value : 
If you receive an item(s) that is defected, bent, or damaged, you may get a free replacement of that same item(s) or a refund within 40 days of purchase. If this happens, please send a message to hiashleymonique@gmail.com with your order #, your first and last name, a photo attachment of the defected item(s), and a brief description of what happened. We'll be more than happy to send you over a free-replacement at no additional cost. Thank you
